Electrical energy refers to the circuit of electrical devices to do work by producing an action. That specific action may take different forms like electrical, mechanical, thermal and electromagnetic and others, this electrical power can be made from photovoltaic, generators, mechanical thermal, etc. or kept for the future purposes that are used for magnets, cells, capacitors, and batteries, etc. this kind of electrical energy may be stored or can be created.
Law of science:
The law one learned from his school science about the conservation of energy means that Reliant Energy won’t be destroyed or created; it can only be converted. To do all the useful work, the energy is normally changed from a specific form to another form. An example of this process is a specific motor that can change the electrical power as rotational mechanical energy, and a specific generator changes the kinetic power again as the electrical energy to control a circuit.
Example of electrical energy:
The electrical machines can change the power from a specific form to another energy by making an effort. The lamp is another example of this electrical energy as it converts the electrical energy to light energy and also heats energy. This energy can be converted easily so it known as the versatile energy and it can be converted into different energies.

And the difference of the voltage between the dual terminals or points is the process needed for the transformation of joule energy.
